1	Will your product deteriorate or deform over time?
	No, our factory collaborates with various universities in China and has professional laboratories. Through various experiments and research, our products will not break or deform. Please rest assured.
2	What is your payment terms?
	30% deposit and 70% before loading.
3	Can you do OEM?
	Yes. We can do OEM and ODM.
4	How to make sure the door quality, do you with inspection?
	Our Quality Controller (QC) will follow all key process, we will also take picture or video to share with you, before delivery you can see all details.
5	Is it OK to print my logo on packaging carton?
	Yes.  Please inform us formally before our production.
6	What's your leading time for order?
	Our loading port is Wuhu or Shanghai port in China. The lead time for each 40-foot tall cabinet is 10-15 days after paying a 30% deposit.
7	Is the installation of your products complicated?
	Our products are very easy to install. It can be completed without the need for professional workers. Moreover, you can move in within 72 hours after installation.
8	What's the WPC material?
	It is a composite wood made from PVC powder, wood powder and calcium powder. It has the characteristics of waterproof, moisture-proof, fireproof, mold-proof and pest-proof. Its environmental protection level reaches ENF grade and it does not contain formaldehyde or heavy metals.
9	Does your company offer hardware?
	You can purchase from our company or buy it yourself.
